Q. How often can I update my site?
A. You can update your site as often as you like, by logging into the member area of our web site. Our WYSIWYG editor makes it very easy to update your site, whenever and as often as you'd like.

Q. Will you create a design for my site if I can't find one in your current template library that fits my needs?
A. Yes, just contact us and let us know what you would like to see and our designers will create & integrate new designs as needed.

Q. What is a WYSIWYG editor?
A. A WYSIWYG editor is a user-friendly editing tool that allows you to make changes to your web content, including colors, pictures, font styles, and more. Instead of having to type in HTML code to make your pages look the way you want them to, the WYSIWYG editor allows you to use toolbars and buttons to format your text, very similar to Microsoft Word or other word-processing programs.

Q. Do I have to have any additional software on my computer to build or update my website?
A. No! web sites are all-inclusive. Using our site management tools you can easily manage your site using your web browser.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of pages I can have in my site?
A. No. Some designs only allow you to have 5 main pages in order to keep the design shape, but many of our designs allow unlimited pages. With our Enterprise Package you can add as many sub-pages to your site as you would like.

Q. Will my site be compatible with all of the major browsers?
A. Yes, all of our designs have been tested in multiple browsers and platforms, including Macintosh & PC, Internet Explorer & Netscape.

Q. What kind of support will I have once I sign up?
A. Our members are offered both email support & phone support. Our email support team responds to every email in the order they come in.

Q. What if I already have a domain name? Can I use it for my web site?
A. Yes, you have three options regarding domain names with web sites:
1. Use an subdomain name (example:
2. Transfer your existing domain to us to point to your web site
3. Once you become an active member, we will register a new domain name for your site (available only for Enterprise Package users).

Q. How long does it take after I sign up for my web site to be ready?
A. That depends on you! You can begin adding content to your site immediately after you have signed up. It will take a day for your new domain name to become active after it is registered.

Q. Will place advertisements on my web site?
A. No. will not place banner advertisements anywhere on your site. We will however, place a small link under the copyright information on your site that says "Powered by".

Q. Can I get a custom design built just for me?
A. Yes, for an additional fee, a design can be built for you and only you! Contact our sales department at for more information.

Q. Can I try before I sign up as a member?
A. Yes, you can select your design, enter your company name & slogan and preview all of these together to determine if the site will suit your needs. You can continue previewing different designs & colors until you are satisfied that you will like the site. Then sign up and begin using it!

Q. Do I get email accounts if I sign up?
A. Yes, if you sign up for the Enterprise Package you can have from 1 to 10 email accounts. The Discovery Package only includes 1 email account. Additional email accounts can be purchased if needed.

Q. What payment types are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks, and Money Orders.

Q. Can I cancel my web site at anytime?
A. Yes, you can cancel your account anytime. However, please note that prepaid fees will NOT be refunded upon cancellation.

Q. Can I put our business or organization logo on my new site once I have become a member?
A. Yes. Adding your logo to your site's content is a great way to personalize/brand your new site.

Q. How often can I change my site?
A. As often as you like. The benefit of a site is the ability to login and update your site at anytime using our site management tools and your favorite web browser.

Q. Will I be registered on any search engines once I become a member?
A. We can show you how to register your site under search engines or you can pay us to do this for you.

Q. Will I be able to see my site before it gets published to the Internet?
A. Yes, you have the ability to make changes to your site "off-line" and once you are happy with your site you can publish it to the Internet.
